If you cancel your order before shipping, you are liable for any PayPal fees associated with the purchase. PayPal does offer free fee refunds for a limited time after the purchase is made, but after that time period your purchase will be refund less any PayPal processing fees that we cannot recover.

When will you ship my order?

We will take three working days (except Sunday) to process your order and each order will be automatically shipped when any one of the three conditions below applies:

1. All items on any of your individual order* are in stock

2. You request shipment of available items

3. You have an order that is over one month old and some items are available

*An order is one or more items grouped together with a single unique order identification number. The ID number will be assigned and notified you by email once we confirmed your payment. Once the order is shipped, we will also notify you the detail via email.
